Ending 2025 with a bang!!

As we enjoy the glow of the festive season, it feels like the right moment to reflect on what has been a truly special year for our club.

This year has been shaped by the commitment, creativity, and generosity of our members. Our seasonal collections and events succeeded because so many of you stepped forward, volunteered your time, and brought real energy to everything we did. Behind the scenes, the support of families, sharing time, space, and encouragement,  made so much possible and deserves sincere thanks. We coulding do it without out fellow volunteers and friends of Rotary.

That shared goodwill came together perfectly at our first-ever Christmas celebration. It was a wonderful reflection of the club we are today: welcoming, vibrant, and full of laughter. From Tony’s outstanding organisation, to the brilliant AET performances, Roger DLP’s music, a record-breaking raffle and auction, and an engaging quiz, the evening flowed effortlessly and was enjoyed by all.

As we move into the new year, we do so with strong momentum. Our next meeting on Tuesday 6 January 2026 will see Maia share reflections from her volunteer trip to Kenya, a project proudly supported by the club.

For now, this is a moment to appreciate the year just live,  the friendships strengthened, the impact made, and the sense of community we continue to build. Thank you to everyone who made it what it was. The present feels positive, and the year ahead looks even brighter.
