An inspiring talk by Millie Jaspert!

Millie Jaspert gave an insightful talk at the Banstead & Sutton Nonsuch Rotary Club

On 4 August we had an excellent talk about the baby bank Stripey Stork collecting and redistributing items to families in Surrey and Croydon who are experiencing hardship ensuring they have the essentials they need.”

Millie is the Community Fundraiser for the local children's charity Stripey Stork and works with community groups such as schools, sports clubs and rotary clubs, who are keen to learn more about how they can support our work.

Millie works closely with these groups to support their fundraising ambitions. Millie previously worked for 15 years as a primary school teacher. She has always been driven by a passion for helping children get the best start in life.

As a teacher, she loved supporting her pupils to achieve their potential and feel proud of themselves. Now, she’s channelling that same commitment into her role at Stripey Stork – using her skills in a new way to continue making a difference for children and families.
