A Fantastic Quiz Night, Join Us Next Time!

What a fantastic evening we had at our recent Quiz Night! We are especially grateful to The Beacon School for generously sponsoring the venue. Their support and community spirit played a vital role in making the evening possible, and we truly appreciate their contribution to such a successful event.
A heartfelt thank you to our brilliant organising team, whose hard work behind the scenes ensured the event ran smoothly despite a few challenges along the way. We are also incredibly grateful to everyone who helped set up and support on the night, your efforts made all the difference.
A special mention must go to our Quiz Master, Simon Edmands, whose wit, timing, and cleverly crafted questions kept everyone thoroughly engaged throughout the evening.
Our attendees brought fantastic energy, with a perfect mix of laughter, friendly rivalry, and competitive spirit. It was wonderful to see such a great mix of generations taking part, including some of our newest members, creating the warm, inclusive atmosphere that Rotary is all about.

In true Rotary spirit, and in keeping with “Service Above Self,” even the competition was handled with generosity and good humour, ensuring that everyone left feeling like a winner! We are already looking forward to next year’s rematch, with some teams no doubt preparing to reclaim glory after a close fought contest.
Most importantly, the evening raised funds for a truly deserving cause. This year, we were proud to support Sutton Women’s Centre, whose work provides vital, life changing support to women and families in need.
